The Heritage
Our olive groves are located on Mountainous Achaea, at the rocky slopes of Mount Panachaikon, on the northeast part of Peloponnese, Greece. Grounded at an altitude of 500-600 meters in a rough terrain, our olive trees are hard to reach, cultivate and harvest. Our family’s olive trees are a testament of generations of hard work, nurtured by and preserved with a commitment to quality and sustainability.

The morphology of the ground, the soil composition and the atmospheric conditions co-create the perfect recipy for the production of the finest evoo. Steep slopes, irregular terrain and climatic factors require specialised techniques and approaches to ensure successful growth, optimal fruit quality and effective harvesting. What is more, the fact that our estates account for 2000 olive trees being many centuries old beg for a daily treatment all around the year’s clock.
